Greta  is in foster care in Upstate New York

I am timid, but once I know I will be treated well, I am all love! Trying to sit on laps and snuggle. Not much is known about me, I was rescued from a NC pound. Don't know why anyone would have the heart to take me to that pound, very scary. I would never run away. Even if you tried hard,  you could not find a fault with me other than that I am shy.  Never growl, just stay close to a human so I can feel secure. I was even afaid of other dogs, but I have made some dog friends here!

I look like a springer spaniel cross. I am small, under 20 lbs, and although young, I am probably done growing.  Cats have no worry with me. I am even house trained and will let you know when I need to go outside, once I am familiar with a new place.

Now that I have travelled some 800 miles North, I hope to find a good home where I can stay forever. I would be a devoted calm dog with lots of love to give!
