Harry is in foster care in Upstate New York

Harry is one  of only a handful of small terrier mixes saved from a hoarding situation by the Stanly County-NC Humane Society. He is happy and relaxed with people he is familiar with, comes when called.  But with when meeting strangers he still falls back into a  panic response and tries to flee.
He is small,  around 20 lbs, has a permanent Schnauzer hair cut, sheds when not brushed regularly.
He is making progress with house training,  loves to take walks outdoors. He is not territorial and he is crate trained already. Loves other dogs and fine with cats.
