As perfect a terrier as they come: smart, affectionate, yes, even obedient!
Not a mean fiber when it comes to other animals. 

1-2 years old. His coat wiry.  Not hair, does not need trimming,  His tail cropped but longer than most cropped terrier tails. 

Breed? He looks like a long legged Cairn terrier, maybe part Schnauzer.   A Jack Russel Terrier or Irish Terrier mixed with a Schnauzer is another possiblity. A unique mix for sure. 
A slight underbite gives him a special face. About 25 lbs.
